Razorfen Downs...and chivalrous paladins...
I spent some time this evening running errands with Mr. Deschain in the Badlands. It was horribly hot, and if I was sweating in my shadoweave, I hate to know what poor Mr. Deschain was having to put up with in all that armor. A couple of times we were attacked by large groups of troggs, and Mr. Deschain fought them off quite valiantly, but I worried for him with his old injury.
Shortly thereafter, we wandered into Razorfen Downs for a spot of adventure with Harpalyce, Minnow, and Anne. Together, we were much stronger than any enemy we encountered and, but for a few difficult points, we quite destroyed the place. Mr. Deschain picked up an insect skin fashioned into some body armor, and I managed to rid the very loudmouthed, annoying lich of his robes. I imagine poor Auric is quite upset at not being there, for one of the ogres was wearing a quite nice looking mantle that he'd have enjoyed.
On another note, Elen and I have successfully completed our move, and the three of us are settled into Ironforge. I do not, however, think that this will be our final destination...or at least, not mine. I've never been fond of the city, and I've learned to quite love Aerie Peak and the dwarves there. There are few more beautiful places in Azeroth, and the one place I most adore would be unfit for habitation.
